Angel Tree Our Angel Tree ministry helps make Christmas special for the children of several missions we minister to throughout the year. Irene Villalva
Baptist Clinic Clothing, household items, etc. are collected and sold at the clinic to assist with medical needs. Lunch is served by our volunteers twice a year and also help with medications, tutoring, translating, and doing other odd jobs at the clinic. Esther Legorreta / Ima Gene Caraway
Border Ministry/Agape A ministry for the many different needs in Juarez. Butch Villareal
Border To Border Ministries This ministry assists the local church pastors along the border cities of El Paso and Juarez. They lead teams of all ages to build houses, churches and clinics; as well as distribute clothing and general medical supplies. Jim and Barbara Hetzel
Christmas Stockings This ministry provides Christmas stockings for the holidays to the homeless. Martha Morton
Dame La Mano DLM is a women's pregnancy crisis center. This shelter houses women & children, providing for their daily needs, both physical and spiritual. The center also provides counseling, women's bible studies, and transportation to GED, English classes and other services. Martha Mendoza
Iglesia Bautista Cristo Vive Also know as El Paso Hills Community, under direction of Pastor Jose Lira, ministers to the many physical and spiritual needs in this colonia in far east El Paso. Jose Lira and Teri Valdespino
Iglesia Bautista Peregrino Financial assistance, food, clothing and literature are provided for this inner-city church. Bus transportation is provided for many children to attend Opportunity Camp each summer. Bruce Bannon and Irene Villalva
Kids Hope USA This program trains mentors to show love through the action of being there for a single at risk student, interacting through educational games, reading and helping the child with school assignments. Children in the program improve in their social skills, self-esteem and academics. Selina Gurolla
Mexico Mission Trip The goal for this group is to be the hands and feet of Jesus to the people of the Copper Canyon area of Mexico. By lovingly serving them, our prayer is that they might feel, hear and believe the gospel of Christ. Ariel Martinez or Teri Valdespino
Pregnancy Help Center Financial assistance is given to help women choose life for their babies and help provide clothing and homes for them to stay if necessary while waiting for their baby. Angel Wicker
Prison Ministry Meets with people in jail or prison, who request to be visited by Del Sol Church's Christian ministry team. Rosie Nevarez
Thanksgiving Baskets This ministry delivers thanksgiving baskets to those families in our church and community that need a little help. Donna Webb, Greg and Miranda Licerio
Tierra Prometida Also know as Sparks Community, under direction of David Lopez, works to meet the many physical and spiritual needs of this colonia in East El Paso, including: building projects, Bible study, food, and clothing are distributed regularly by these volunteers. Wood Family - South America The Wood family attended Del Sol Church and became missionaries through the International Mission Board of Southern Baptists. They were in Venezuela for four years and are presently in Columbia. Vance Wood and Sandra Watson
